Downloader for LG Smart TV

LG Smart TVs run LG's own webOS operating system, not Android — so the Downloader app is not available in the LG Content Store.

How to use Downloader with an LG TV

Just like with Samsung TVs, the workaround is to connect an Android-based streaming device over HDMI and install Downloader there:

1. Connect a Fire TV Stick, Chromecast with Google TV, or an Android TV Box to an HDMI port on your LG TV.
2. Switch your LG TV's input to that HDMI port using the remote.
3. Install Downloader on the connected device from its app store.
