Downloader won't install APKs

Make sure “unknown sources” (Install unknown apps) is enabled for Downloader in your device settings. See the setup guide.

Downloader is not in my TV's app store

Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs do not run Android, so Downloader is not available on them. Use a Fire TV Stick or Android TV Box instead.

A code doesn't work

Codes are shortcuts to URLs and can expire when the target file moves. Try the full URL instead, or generate a fresh code at go.aftvnews.com.

The app is slow or crashes

Update Downloader to the latest version — most problems are fixed by updating.

Is Downloader safe?

Downloader itself is free, ad-free and safe. Be careful with the APKs you install through it: only download from sources you trust, since not every APK is free of malware.
